Between 4:55 AM – 9:01 AM EDT today, our team has identified an issue with Qlik Sense. Customers with tenants in QlikCloud Government region may have experienced degraded performance that could have prevented browsing content, opening apps, or refreshing data. This was due to an issue with a backend service which has been resolved. The root cause of the issue is understood and corrective actions are being taken to prevent any potential recurrences.
